About the Service

The Executive Coaching & Mentoring Service is designed for those who may experience a sense of isolation on some occasions and offers the facility to talk through ideas, problems and solutions on a confidential, one-to-one basis.

Focussing on issues essential to your personal and professional effectiveness the coaching service can cover a wide range of your concerns including:

  • Managing stress, change, conflict or crisis
  • Personal impact and effectiveness
  • Leadership and behaviour styles at times of continuing change and development
  • Improving creativity in your business planning
The Process
Initial Contact
Initial contact will be by confidential telephone conversation establishing if and how we can assist you

Introductory System
The first session up to 1.5 hours is between the potential coach and client to establish goals and action plans

Coaching/Mentoring Sessions
The programme can last for up to six sessions over approximately 3 months duration.

Progress Review
At the end of the programme the progress review considers the continuation or alternative development methods

  • The coaching service is only proposed where there is full commitment and likelly benefit to the client
  • The nature and cost of the service will be agreed in advance
  • Coaching can take place away from client premises
